Below are some basic definitions of which we like to remind our clients:

idea (I de' a) n.
That which is conceived in the mind; a thought. An impression or notion. A conviction; opinion; belief. An intention; plan. Vague knowledge; inkling. A passing  fancy; whim. Significance; meaning. The platonic concept of an archetype or fundamental example,
of which an existing thing is but a representation.

market (mär' kit) n.
Trade and commerce in a specific service or commodity; also trade and commerce generally. A region where one can buy or sell; also, a category of persons, institutions, etc. considered as buyers. The state of trade. A place where something is offered for sale. A public gathering, for buying and selling.
concept (kon'sept) n.
A mental image. A generalized notion of one object;
also, a thought or opinion.
sale (sal) n.
The act of selling. The exchange or transfer of property of any kind for money or its equivalent.
